Falsematter

Weight, finish,
proportion

The idea

Jewelry that behaves like a good jacket

Falsematter started with a simple frustration: most men’s jewelry is either an afterthought or a costume. We wanted pieces that could be worn every day without thinking about them, and noticed when you did. Stainless steel because it is honest and hard-wearing. Clean geometry because it ages well. Finishes that catch light without shouting.

Steel

The material

Solid stainless steel on every piece: light on the skin, heavy in the hand.

Form

The geometry

Links, bands and planes drawn to be worn together.

Wear

The habit

Pieces for every day, kept for years.

Materials & care

Built to be worn,
not babied

Stainless steel resists tarnish and does not bend or fade with daily wear. Gold-tone and black finishes sit on the same steel core and last longest with a little care: a soft cloth after wear, no chlorine, and separate storage.

The collection

Start with one piece

An everyday chain, a signet or a slim bracelet. Then build.
