Refund policy

Unworn pieces in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

How to return

Contact us with your order number and the piece you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and any return shipping cost. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of the piece being received and inspected.

Exchanges

Ring and bracelet sizes may be exchanged once for a different size where stock allows.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will put it right.
